Sample Status is a configurable option. Not all dnaLIMS systems have Sample Status enabled.
Sample Status displays a summary table of all requisitions within the sequencing request queue.
The summary table shows the current status of each sample within the Ready-to-Run column.
If the Status field is currently set to No (meaning the sample is not checked in or not
ready to advance into a Sample Sheet) the status can advance to Yes (ready for sequencing)
by selecting the samples Ready-to-Run checkbox.
If a sample was checked in and latter it is discovered that more sample or primer is needed,
the Return to Waiting Tray checkboxes can be selected. Selecting these checkboxes will change
the samples status to No.
Buttons at the top and bottom of the page allow bulk changes.
